About the Author Harvey A. Dorfmans background has been in education as a teacher, counselor, coach, and consultant. He has, as well, been a consultant to the Vancouver Canucks and the New York Islanders of the NHL, and to a number of major universities. In addition, he has experience as a newspaper columnist and freelance journalist, writing for The New York Times, Boston Globe, and Miami Herald, among others. In 1989, his first book, The Mental Game of Baseball: A Guide to Peak Performance, co-authored with Karl Kuehl, was released. About the Author
Roza El-Eini was an undergraduate at University College and the School of Oriental and African Studies, London University, gaining a B.Sc. (Hons); and has an M.Litt. from the Faculty of Modern History, Middle East Centre, St Anthony's College, Oxford University; and a PhD. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her PhD. was awarded First Prize in a National competition in Israel for the year 2000 by the Dr Aharon and Advocate Josef Ben-Shamesh Fund. Dr El-Eini is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society.
